Tank Dished End Flanging Machine

Tank dished end flanging machine is designed for blanking and spinning heads and baffles for liquid tankers of various shapes. It comes in two versions: one with a die and one without.

Powered by a hydraulic motor, it offers precise pressure control. For small R arc, increased force reduces spinning speed, ensuring a flat head surface and equipment durability. The chuck adjusts automatically, keeping the head level, ensuring parallel rolls during processing.

Our dish end spinning machine, equipped with a die, efficiently handles blanking and edge spinning for various head materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. For cases without a die, blanking follows tanker section specifications before edge spinning.

This equipment includes the main spinning machine, pulley, hydraulic and vacuum systems, and a cutting machine.

Notably, we've developed a unique spinning machine with a 40mm internal arc radius and 70mm spinning height for aluminum alloy tankers, addressing cracking issues during processing. This innovation sets us apart in China's equipment market
