1. Resistive touch integrated advertising machine
Pressure sensing is used for control. The main part of the resistive touch integrated machine is a resistive film screen which is very compatible with the display surface. It is a multi-layer composite film. It takes a glass or hard plastic flat plate as the base layer, and the surface is coated with a transparent conductive layer of metal oxide (transparent conductive resistor), which is covered with a smooth and scratch-resistant plastic layer whose outer surface is hardened. Its inner surface is also coated with a layer, and there are many tiny (less than 1/1000 inch) between them. When a finger touches the screen, the two conductive layers contact at the touch point, and the resistance changes, generating signals in X and Y directions, and then sending them to the touch screen controller. The controller detects this contact and calculates the position of (x, y), and then operates according to the way of simulating a mouse. This is the most basic principle of resistive touch screen.
2. Capacitive touch integrated advertising machine
Using the current induction of human body to work. The capacitive touch screen is a four-layer composite glass screen. The inner surface and interlayer of the glass screen are coated with a layer of ITO, and the outermost layer is a thin layer of silica glass protective layer. The interlayer ITO coating is used as the working surface, and four electrodes are led out at four corners. The inner layer ITO is the shielding layer to ensure a good working environment. When a finger touches the metal layer, a coupling capacitor is formed between the user and the touch screen surface due to the human electric field. For high-frequency current, the capacitor is a direct conductor, so the finger sucks a small current from the contact point. This current flows out from the electrodes at the four corners of the touch screen, and the current flowing through these four electrodes is proportional to the distance from the finger to the four corners. The controller obtains the position of the touch point through accurate calculation of these four current ratios.
3. Infrared touch integrated machine
The infrared technology touch screen is composed of infrared emitting and receiving sensing elements installed on the outer frame of the touch screen. On the surface of the screen, an infrared detection network is formed, and any touching object can change the infrared rays on the contacts to realize the touch screen operation. The realization principle of infrared touch screen is similar to that of surface acoustic wave touch screen, which uses infrared emitting and receiving sensing elements.
These elements form an infrared detection network on the screen surface of the touch integrated machine, and objects (such as fingers) operated by touch can change the infrared rays of electric shock, which are then converted into the coordinate position of touch to realize the response of operation. On the infrared touch screen, the circuit boards arranged on the four sides of the screen are provided with infrared emitting tubes and infrared receiving tubes, which correspondingly form an infrared matrix crossing horizontally and vertically.
