Especially in some large lecture halls, conferences and other conference occasions, LED display screen has great advantages. At the same time, it has more products and more choices. Can the LED display screen be used in the meeting room?

The answer is yes. LED display screen has its advantages in meeting display, but it also has its disadvantages. Usually, our suggestion is that if the meeting room is large and the viewing distance is far away, it is more appropriate to use LED display screen, because it can make up for its low resolution to the greatest extent. If it is a small conference room, you can use LCD splicing screen or even smart conference tablet.

The advantages of LED display screen are mainly reflected in several aspects. First, there are no seams. No matter how big the splicing is, there is no seam effect in the middle of the screen like LCD splicing screen, and the integrity is stronger. Second, its brightness is relatively high, and the advantage of high brightness is that it will not reflect light. Generally speaking, which LED display screen size we choose is based on the size of the conference room. This is because different viewing distances have different requirements for the resolution of the display screen. The closer the viewing distance is, the higher the resolution of the screen is, because it can be seen more clearly. If the viewing distance is far away, you can use some products with large spacing.

For example, our conference room is a conference lecture hall for more than 100 people. The viewing distance is 5 meters from the nearest place, and the nearest user may be more than 10 meters away from the screen. At this time, the LED display screen does not need to be too delicate, such as the conventional P3, which can meet the demand and the cost is not high. If we are a small conference room, for example, the number of participants is less than 20, and the viewing distance is generally 2~5 meters, then considering the clarity factor, it is best to use some products with smaller spacing, such as P1.5 or P1.25, which can improve the resolution of the whole screen and have no obvious pixel sense.

However, it should be noted that the LED display screen will be used at will for a long time, and some light beads will fall off or not emit light, which is called dead light in the industry. If you look closely, the impact will be more obvious, so there will be some after-sales service, but if you don't start the machine continuously all day, the impact will not be great. Therefore, the LED display screen can be used in the conference room, but the products corresponding to the point spacing must be selected according to the specific conference room size and the viewing distance of users. At the same time, due to the special technical principle and composition of LED display, it must be accepted that it has a separate dead light. In addition, its brightness is relatively high, and it will be dazzling if you watch it at close range for a long time. If it's a short meeting, no problem.
