Battery and Mobile Stand Design of the Portable TV

The Portable TV is equipped with a high-performance lithium iron phosphate battery that ensures long-lasting and stable use. This battery supports over 3000 charge-discharge cycles and offers excellent durability and safety. It features multiple built-in protection circuits, including overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and over-temperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation while preventing battery damage and safety risks.

The battery’s nominal voltage is 24V/5A (max), with a 2.5mm DC charging port and a maximum charging current of 5A, enabling fast and efficient charging. Its slim design measures 620mm×374mm×10mm (max), allowing easy integration into the portable structure of the device while keeping the unit lightweight and convenient to carry.

The mobile stand design is a key highlight of the Portable TV, featuring five omnidirectional caster wheels for easy movement and adaptability to various scenarios. The stand height is adjustable up to 200mm, catering to different user viewing preferences. It also supports rotation and tilt functions, with a rotation range of 90° clockwise and counterclockwise, and a tilt angle of 20° upward and downward, offering flexible viewing adjustments and enhancing user experience.

The stand is equipped with a dual-color red-green power indicator light: green blinking during charging, solid green when fully charged, red when battery is low, and flashing red when critically low. This feature helps users monitor battery status conveniently to avoid unexpected power interruptions.
