What's the difference between LED display and LCD splicing screen

1. Comparing their power consumption, LED display screen is more energy-saving than LCD splicing screen, and the power ratio between them is 1: 10.

2. According to the refresh frequency of the display screen, LED transparent lcd display can display the effect and performance in video and advertising, thus meeting various needs.

3. The 3.ED display provides a viewing angle of up to 160 degrees, which can display all kinds of text, numbers, color images and animation information, and can also play TV, video, VCD, DVD and other color video signals.

How to choose LED display?

1. If there is no gap in the display screen, LED display screen should be selected, and the gap should not exceed 2mm, and refer to other conditions.

2. If the viewing distance is long and the area is large, please select the LED display. Gap according to the size of the area, you can choose a gap LED display screen of more than 2mm.

3. If the viewing distance is close, within about 3 meters, and the content is not a map, you can choose the LCD mosaic screen.

Before using any display device, you must access the system signal source settings to use it normally. The same is true for LCD jigsaw screens. Next, let's take a look at the operation scheme of the system signal source of the LCD splicing screen.

Set the patching plan of the LCD screen display curtain wall, and set the number of horizontal units of the curtain wall actually applied. For example, the number of horizontal units: in the actual application, set the number of units horizontally aligned with the wall of the screen curtain wall divided by the LCD screen. Number of vertical units: set the number of vertical units of the wall for dividing the screen curtain wall by the LCD screen.

Serial port settings in software: Serial port settings are usually divided into two types. Large screen serial port and matrix serial port (multiple serial ports can be accessed from LCD system, and a single serial port can be accessed independently). For example:

There is only one serial port in the actual project, so you only need to set the big screen serial port settings. If the actual project needs multiple serial ports, the matrix needs separate serial port settings. When setting the curtain wall color, please select the setting item directly in the "Software Settings" area. Click "Set curtain wall color".

When setting the image for execution, you can set it in the following order:

1. According to the matrix type, you can choose AV, VGA and DVI to set the matrix separately.

2. Manufacturer model setting: Set the manufacturer model of the matrix used;

3. Set the total number of input signal sources: set the total number of input ports in the matrix;

4. Set device address: set the serial command address of the matrix. 5. Set the instruction delay time: set the transmission interval between the matrix instruction and the interface processor instruction.

Set the matrix input name: change the matrix input name;

7. Input channel setting: AV1, AV2, VGA and DVI can set the output ports corresponding to the matrix independently.

8. Disconnect the docking station: Disconnect the channel selected in the pop-up box to the matrix output port.

9. Set one-to-one access: automatically restore the default one-to-one access method.

10. Connection diagram setting: displays the way that the current division unit of the selected channel is connected to the matrix output port.

Software matrix setting steps:

1. Select the matrix type to be set (such as VGA, AV, DVI, etc.).

Set the matrix manufacturer.

Sets the matrix type or the total number of input ports of the matrix.

4. Set the address of the matrix (if not, don't set it).

Select the input channel of the splice box to set the connection method.

6. Set connection method: By default, one-to-one access method is selected. Continue to double-click the Connection Settings box and modify them one by one (one-to-one access method: connect to the first screen of the connection wall from the first output of the matrix, and connect the second output to the second screen of the splicing wall, etc.).

7. After the installation is completed, click OK to complete the whole embedded system setup.
