CJ-32 stainless steel square tube polishing machine is suitable for polishing the external surfaces of various metals with square and rectangular cross-sections. The entire machine consists of four parts: the polishing mainframe, feeding device, discharging device, and control system. Based on the range of tube polishing and configuration, the square tube polishing machine is divided into a basic model and a high-configuration model. Depending on the number of polishing heads, it is further classified into 28-head，32-head and to 36-head square polishing machines. After processing with this machine, the surface roughness can reach 500# to 700#.
Produced through processes including feeding, polishing (using flap wheels, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and airway buffing wheels) with the addition of polishing wax, and unloading. Due to the mature polishing technology of stainless steel polishing machines, they are widely applied in the decorative industry.
