Liquid NBR rubber
Liquid NBR rubber is polymerized by acrylonitrile and butadiene with high temperature pyrolysis.LNBR is a new type low molecular polymer, use for liquid toughening, plasticizer and rubber softener. It can be widely used in Nitrile rubber, Hydrogenated nitrile rubber, Acrylate rubber, Fluorine rubber, Neoprene and other rubbers.And also can be used on modification of PVC, epoxy resin and phenolic resin,SBS/ABS, and Thermoplastic elastomer etc.

Application scope
The rubber industry (softener plasticizer)
LNBR has good intermiscibility with Nitrile rubber, Neoprene, Acrylate rubber. Not easy to separate out from rubber products, meanwhile it can be given a good operating performance for low hardness rubber products. It widely used in rubber roller, seals, rubber hose, seals and other products. When it use on replacing black and white factice for softener, it can improve the processing performance, product strength, elongation and resilience for the low hardness rubber products such as rubber roller. And also can improve the performance of rubber roller and printing quality.
Plastic industry
LNBR can replace DOP DBP DOA DOS and solid plasticizing toughening materials when used on PVC. It can improve the PVC’s cold resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, ageing resistance, oil resistance, provide products of resilience, impact resistance and products surface forming effect, also can improve products of plasticizer migration.It used on wire and cable materials, car dashboard, bumper, plastic film, PVC gloves, mine conveyor belt, shoemaking, refrigerator sealing strip, work shoes, brake pads, etc.
Adhesive Industry
LNBR can obviously improve the toughness of PVC automobile sealant, heat resistance, oil resistance and low temperature performance, and has good adhesiveness, good liquidity; It can be made into cementing compound with epoxy and phenolic resin, which has good adhesive strength, resilience and oil resistance.
