Case Analysis of Changsha Sub-district Office's LCD Video Wall Project
LCD splicing screens are currently the most mainstream terminal display products in indoor settings and have been widely applied in various fields such as security monitoring, indoor exhibitions, and conference rooms. Recently, the Changsha Sub-district Office introduced a set of 12 55-inch LCD splicing screens from Rui Guan Technology to form a conference monitoring system, which was placed in the sub-district office's conference room.
The purpose of this move is to conduct real-time monitoring of various areas along the streets, so that in case of any emergency, the relevant footage can be retrieved at any time. It also aims to effectively supervise and urge the improvement of the hygiene and environmental conditions in different regions, and to smoothly carry out various activities within the jurisdiction, such as the construction of community spiritual culture, mediation of residents' conflicts, management of floating population, and provision of various services, in order to safeguard and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the residents.
LCD splicing screen features an industry-leading direct-lit backlight, presenting vivid and saturated colors with fine details and clear lines. It boasts a super high resolution of 1920*1080 and a sharp contrast ratio of 4500:1, ensuring high-definition and distortion-free display. It is equipped with an innovative anti-glare screen that effectively prevents dazzling glare, providing an excellent visual experience. With a lightning-fast response time of 6ms, it eliminates lag and waiting. It is energy-efficient with low operating costs, aligning with the current green development concept. It supports 7*24-hour continuous operation, making it suitable for various long-term on scenarios, and offers a higher cost-performance ratio.
This project can serve as the monitoring center for the street and also function as the display screen for the meeting room, achieving two goals at once. During regular meetings, problems existing in the monitored area can be retrieved at any time for analysis and discussion to come up with solutions. This significantly enhances the working efficiency of the street office.
Installation environment:
It adopts floor-standing bracket installation, which is convenient for installation. After setting up the bracket, the units can be assembled one by one. There is about 80 cm of space left at the back for easy maintenance of the equipment in the future.
The height of the splicing bracket is H = 2.25m and the width is L = 5.1m. Both parties have negotiated and formulated a 3*4 55-inch LCD splicing solution. (The height of a 55-inch LCD splicing screen is approximately 68.4cm and the width is approximately 121.4cm.)
3. By adopting a hybrid matrix access, it supports both conference systems and monitoring systems, achieving multiple benefits at once. It is compatible with various signal inputs and resolutions below 1920*1080, offering more comprehensive functions. It supports decoding, encoding, roaming, free picture splitting and superimposition, etc.
4. The on-site environment is clean and tidy, there is no direct strong light shining on the spliced screens, the heat dissipation system is good, and it meets the installation conditions.
5. Before installation, check the power supply system to ensure it is nearly balanced among the three phases. The load power of each wire should be approximately the same. Strong current cables and weak current cables should be separated using cable trays to prevent signal interference.
The project has now been successfully completed. After going through the processes of trial operation, verification, acceptance, etc., it has been put into use.
