Equipment Overview:
The main parts of the small simple quail egg centering steaming and shelling line are all made of stainless steel. The entire production line consists of a bubble centering part, a steaming part, a cooling part, a quail egg shell breaking part, and a quail egg shelling part. The equipment is simple and easy to operate, with low investment and high efficiency. It is the preferred equipment for small and medium-sized food processing plants.

Process Introduction:
1. Bubble Centering Part: The quail eggs are soaked and preheated. The quail eggs use bubbles to roll to preheat them while cleaning the mud stains on the eggs, making the eggs cleaner. While the material is rolling, the yolk of each quail egg is in the center, which improves the quality of the finished eggs.
2. Steaming Part: The quail eggs after cleaning and centering enter the steaming part for steaming.
3. Cooling Part: Cool quickly immediately after steaming to retain the fresh taste and elasticity of the quail eggs.
4. Shell Breaking Part: The eggshells on the surface of the quail eggs are evenly broken by mechanical action to prepare for subsequent shelling.
5. Shelling machine: After ten rubber rollers rotate, the egg and shell on the surface of the quail eggs are peeled off.
6. White egg conveyor: After the quail eggs are peeled, they are automatically transported and collected to the designated location through the conveyor.
