Semi Automatic Saw Blade Machine

Semi automatic saw blade machine is mainly used for the binding of aluminum foil silicone oil paper plastic wrap color box saw teeth.
It mainly binds the metal saw blade to a specific position of the packaging box, then manually puts the box into the mold, and then starts the machine for binding through the foot switch, and then takes out the box after completion.
Machine consists of two parts: the saw blade binding machine and the heavy material rack.

Features:
1. The saw blade mold can be selected according to product requirements: coarse teeth. Fine teeth: round holes and square holes riveted.
2. The binding position is optional, usually the teeth are flush with the color box, and can also be customized to any position within 50mm from the edge of the color box.
3. The machine is equipped with servo motor, reduction motor, touch screen and PLC control, with high power and long-term stable operation.
