Special direct connected motor for reducer

R、S、F、K series reducer special three-phase asynchronous motor is a motor specially designed by our company to meet the characteristics of the reducer.The base is made of two materials: aluminum die-casting and gray castiron.Improvements and adjustments have been made to the flange end structure and bearing seat. It can be paired with multiple flange end capsin the same model to meet the requirements of different installation sizes. Selecting al-shaped flange end cover,quenching and tempering the shaft,high-frequency treatment of the oil seal, and increasing the bearing grade can improve the bearing bearing capacity, increase the safety factor, and prolong the service life of the motor. This structural type is applicable to the IE3/YE3.IE4/YE4 series,as well as the derived YVF2 series variable frequency speed control motors,Y3EJ series electromagnetic brakes, and YVF2EJ series variable frequency speed control brake motors.
