Industrial Smokehouse / Thermal Processing Oven

A smokehouse is a specialized facility or equipment used for smoking and curing meat products. It is commonly used in meat processing to give meats a distinct smoky flavor and extend their shelf life. The smokehouse typically consists of a chamber or room where the meat is hung or placed on racks, and a smoke generator that produces smoke from burning wood chips or sawdust. The meat is exposed to the smoke for a specific duration at a controlled temperature, allowing it to absorb the flavors and undergo the curing process. Smokehouses can be used for various types of meat, including sausages, bacon, ham, and jerky.

Features

The YX series smoke ovens feature functions including cooking, AT cooking, drying, coloring,smoking, and baking, and are suitable for the thermal processing of Western-style sausages, hams, bacon, and other products.

• The YX series smoke ovens are equipped with vertical air circulation, where the air flows up and down-making them more suitable for hanging products.

• PLC touchscreen control is adopted. The user-friendly operation interface has functions such as program presets, real-time monitoring, process fine-tuning, and data recording.

• Multiple heating methods are optional: electric heating, steam heating, or gas heating.

• Smoke generators are optional: natural woodchip smoker or liquid smoke atomizer.

• A cleaning system is configured.

• An internal escape mechanism is equipped.

• Thickened insulated rock wool wall panels, non-slip floors, and food-grade sealing strips are used.

• Single-channel or dual-channel layouts are optional.
