The GRH Series Vacuum Tumbler is suitable for central kitchens and medium-to-large-scale factories. It is used for tumbling and marinating sausages, hams, and bacon, as well as for marinating, seasoning, and mixing products such as sliced meat, fish fillets, poultry, and vegetables.

Vacuum tumblers tenderize meat and make it absorb salt or marinades, making products more tender, moist and tasty, while improving their appearance and quality consistency.

• It adopts a time relay control to realize an automatic working cycle of forward rotation - pause - reverse rotation - pause;

• Alternatively, it uses PLC touch screen control to achieve personalized tumbling. The rotation direction, operation time, cycle times, and vacuum status can be set independently, and 100 tumbling recipes can be stored.

• It is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing stepless adjustment of the drum speed.

• Equipped with a water-loop vacuum pump, a water tank, and a vacuum filter.

• Multiple blade types are available, ensuring wide product adaptability.

• The main body of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring a robust structural design. The inner wall of the drum is finely polished, and the outer surface of the machine undergoes wire drawing treatment or sandblasting treatment.

Optional configurations:

• Optional drum with cooling jacket, which can be connected to an external cooling system to achieve temperature-controlled tumbling. (Cooling model)

• Hydraulic buggy dumper can be optional to realize automatic feeding.

• Suction cart can be optional to realize vacuum suction.

• Weighing module can be optional to realize real-time weighing.

• Suspended lid support or hydraulic automatic lid open/close can be optional.
