Glass Sucker and Lifter

Dual-system control: one vacuum system operates while the other remains as a backup. Optional features include a THOMAS DC vacuum pump (USA), METALROTA heavy-duty drive wheels (Italy), a Bucher hydraulic pump station (Switzerland), and a smart maintenance-free battery. During operation, it achieves electric movement, electric lifting, electric suction and release, 360° manual rotation, and 90° manual tilting without the need for an external air or power source. It boasts powerful performance and smooth lifting. Equipped with a Panasonic digital display vacuum pressure switch and battery level meter, it clearly monitors the equipment's safe operation. A built-in vacuum pressure replenishment system ensures the entire vacuum system maintains a relatively constant safe pressure value during glass handling. In the event of a power outage, the pressure-maintaining function extends emergency handling time, enhancing safety. The adjustable design allows for various assembly methods and suction cup position changes as needed. Each suction cup is equipped with an individual control valve, enabling the handling of glass of various shapes and sizes.
