CNC Automatic Double Head Miter Saw

CNC-600*5000 double head aluminum profile cutting saw is designed for industrial aluminum profiles, thermal break aluminum doors, windows, and curtain wall materials, also suitable for PVC and wood profiles. It features an imported high-speed motor with a diamond blade and air-liquid damping for stable cuts. The machine offers precise, adjustable cutting angles from 22.5° to 157.5°, driven by an imported servo motor.

It includes an advanced control system for optimized profile cutting, supporting multiple inputs for varied lengths and direct size input for easy length adjustment. The design incorporates a sealed saw blade for efficient chip disposal and a safety cover for a clean, safe working environment. Dual-cylinder clamping on each head ensures safe, reliable cutting.
