Insulating Glass Machine

A fully automatic insulating glass sealing machine with Yaskawa 8-axis servo control, offering precise positioning and stable performance. It supports automatic size recognition, speed, and glue depth adjustment, perfect corner sealing, and is suitable for double, triple, stepped, and shaped glass, compatible with multiple sealants and IG production lines.

• A single/double glue supply system can be selected. The single glue supply system is equipped with one set of A pump and B pump, which is suitable for a kind of sealant. Double glue supply system is suitable for two different kinds of sealant. Polysulfide, silicone, silicone structural, and polyurethane sealants are all suitable for this machine.

Synchronous belt  conveyor glass V-block is replaceable
