Vertical Sandblasting Machine
Automatic Glass Sandblasting Machine with PLC control, designed for processing 5–40 mm flat glass to create various frosted and sandblasted patterns.
The machine features belt glass conveying, chain-driven vertical sandblasting guns, and photoelectric glass detection for precise and stable operation.
It offers high efficiency, easy operation, and reliable performance, ideal for automated glass sandblasting production.
The equipment has two modes: full automatic and manual. The machine is equipped with three automatic guns and
one manual gun. The lifting of the gun and the transmission of glass are all PLC automatic control by synchronous
belt transmission; the transmission is stable and durable, and the gun lifting device is located outside of the body.
Low failure rate。 We have modified and upgraded the control program of the machine to facilitate more customers
with special requirements.
