Mechanism of action:

Fipronil is a phenylpyrazole antiparasitic agent primarily used to kill adult fleas and ticks. It works by strongly interfering with GABA metabolism chloride, interfering with chloride ion in the central nervous system before and after the membrane of synaptic transmission between the normal, caused parasites central nervous system disorders in vitro, resulting in death.
