1. Collection & Sorting:

Post-consumer PET waste is collected and sent to a PET bottle washing recycling line where it's separated from other materials. Sorting by color is also done at this stage.

2. Shredding & Flaking:

The sorted PET is then shredded into small pieces using PET plastic crusher machcine, known as flakes.

3. Washing & Drying:

The flakes are thoroughly washed and dried using the high speed friction washing,floating tank and dewatering machine to remove any contaminants like food residue,labels and adhesives.

4. Melting & Extrusion:

The clean and dry flakes are heated and melted into a molten plastic,which is then extruded into pellets using the PET plastic granulator machine.

5. Pellet Production:
