What is the difference between spunlace nonwoven fabric and pure cotton

1. Different raw materials: Spunlace nonwoven fabrics are usually made of bonded fibers such as polyester, nylon, or polypropylene, while pure cotton is made from natural cotton.

2. Process difference: Spunlace nonwoven fabric is woven by dispersing fibers through high-pressure water flow, which makes the fibers of the spunlace nonwoven fabric interwoven

 and porous, thereby giving it better breathability and water absorption. Unlike this, pure cotton is made through traditional mechanical and textile processing methods, with tightly 

interwoven fibers that lack the porosity of spunlaced non-woven fabrics.

3. Different characteristics: Spunlace nonwoven fabric is more water resistant than pure cotton and easier to clean and disinfect. It also has better moisture resistance, wear resistance, 

and corrosion resistance. Unlike this, pure cotton has better moisture absorption and breathability than spunlaced non-woven fabrics, and is also softer and more comfortable.
