We improved central locking casters lock cam design

For central locking casters Normally have two kind of lock stem

Short Stem:Ø32 x 50mm ; Long Stem:Ø28 x 95mm

We have both 30 degree and 45 degree lock cam.As usual 45 degree is easier to turn than 30 degree

However Due to long lock stem have longer mechanical lock lever so it’s usually need more force to turn the lock cam.It’s a challenge for the whole central lock mechanical system.Which may cause shorten the lock system useful-life. And influence user experience.As their need more force to operate.

Thanks for our engineer’s hard working, we are now improved the Ø28 x 95mm stem mechanical design, which allow user can turn the lock cam more easy.

Now the new mechanical lock stem have adopt onto all of our 5” twin central locking casters,6 inch twin central locking casters. And also 5”/6”/8” single central locking caster wheels.

We are always working on improve our central lock caster wheels quality and user experience. And we will launch our 4” central brake casters in near future.
