1.Spunbond Nonwoven:

Produced by extruding continuous polymer filaments onto a moving belt and bonding them with heat or pressure.

Common uses: Reusable shopping bags, medical gowns, and geotextiles for soil stabilization. 


2.Meltblown Nonwoven:

Created by extruding molten polymer through fine nozzles and blowing it with high-velocity air to form a web of microfibers.

Common uses: Filtration media for N95 and surgical face masks, as well as air filters. 


3.Spunlace Nonwoven:

Uses high-pressure water jets to entangle fibers, creating a strong, lint-free fabric.

Common uses: Cosmetic and medical wipes, wound dressings, and other hygiene products. 


4.Needle Punched Nonwoven:

Mechanically bonds fibers by entangling them with barbed needles.

Common uses: Carpeting, insulation, and geotextiles.
