Stainless steel caster material selection

    In now-days more and more devices & equipment need use caster wheels,And the most popular is the caster with zinc plated bracket or chrome plated,They can performance very well in common conditions.

   But when the caster need use in chemical and other corrosive condition? Then we need use stainless steel casters wheel,According to the real work condition,we can choose SS 304 or SS 316 bracket,(can use polyamide if do not need load heavy duty) stainless steel bearing and other metal parts,and match a polyamide wheel or Polyurethane wheel. So the caster can resistance very terrible conditions,However the stainless steel bearing are very expensive,So as usual we use plastic bearing with Stainless steel axle sleeve.Then reach the balance point betweencost and corrosive resistance function.
