Production Process Conditions For Stretch Film

Produced using imported linear polyethylene LLDPE resin and special additives with a proportion formula, it can produce multifunctional stretch films for hand use, resistance type machine use, pre stretching type machine use, UV protection, anti-static, and rust prevention.
This stretch film has the following advantages:
1. Using double-layer co extrusion equipment, the compressed stretch film can maximize the characteristics of each polymer, including transparency, tensile strength, and perforation resistance, reaching the optimal state at the melting point.
2. It has good tensile performance, good transparency, and uniform thickness.
3. It has longitudinal elongation, good resilience, good lateral tear resistance, and excellent self-adhesive overlap.
4. It is an environmentally friendly and recyclable material, odorless, non-toxic, and can be directly packaged as food.
5. Can manufacture single-sided adhesive products, reduce noise generated during winding and stretching, and reduce dust and sand particles during transportation and storage.
