Product Introduction
PF Impact crusher has several strengths, such as: simple structure, large size reduction ratio, less energy consumption, high productivity, and cubic materials after crushing. It is used for secondary and fine crushing materials of medium hardness with compressive strength of no more than 100Mpa, like limestone, clinker, slag, coke and coal, in the industries of ore dressing, cement, construction, refractory materials, coals, glass, etc.
Working Principle
This series of products adopts the principle that impact can crush materials. When it works, the stones fall directly onto speedy rotary table from the upper part of the machine. The rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. The materials from the feeding inlet impact with the blow bar on the rotor. Under the action of speedy centrifugal force, the materials are crushed by speedy impact of the blow bar as well as the impact and highly dense crushing with the stones around the rotary table distributed in an umbrella type; the crushed materials rebound to the toggle plate to be crushed. After the beating among stones, they will form vortex motion between the rotary table and the case which produces repeated impact, friction and crushing so that they will be discharged from the discharging outlet and the closed cycle is formed. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor rack can alter the discharging granularity and shape of the materials.
