3.Steel grit application
(1)Sandblasting for Shipbuilding
 With grit blasting, oxygenated surface of ship hull is descaled,then improved the coating quality.
(2)Castings Surface Pre-treatment
 Steel grit can also be used for surface pre-treatment,cleaning and descaling for casting parts.
(3)Bridge and Steel Construction
 Pre-treatment and descaling for metal surface,increasing coating quality and antisepsis ability.
(4)Cleaning 
 Blast cleaning, forging, casting deoxidization, cleaning H section steel, stainless steel structure.
(5)Derusting 
 Casting rust, forgings, rust removing, iron removal, steel derusting, h-steel derusting, steel structure derusting.
(6)Reinforcement
Heat treatment part shot shot strengthening, gear shot strengthening.



4.Steel grit package
1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most. 
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.
