1. The use temperature of cling film is generally between 120°C and minus 40°C;
2. The plastic wrap refuses to have direct contact with food for a long time;
3. You should make a few thought gaps or small holes in the cling film during later heating to avoid blasting and prevent high temperature water vapor from falling on the food from the cling film.
