Mandrel Tube Bending Machine

The 89CNC-2A-1S is a 3D fully automatic single-layer, two-axis pipe bending machine. This CNC pipe bender utilizes a bending mechanism powered by servo motors and reducers. The clamping, gripping, supporting, guide mould auxiliary pushing, and core pulling are all driven by hydraulic cylinders. The feeding (Y-axis) and rotation (B-axis) are driven by servo motors, and bending (C-axis) is featured as well. This machine boasts powerful pipe bending capabilities and high precision in servo control. All programming and input are conducted directly on an interactive computer touch screen, with all information and instructions available for automatic selection in either Chinese or English. This makes the operation extremely convenient, fast, and accurate.
