As the core cleaning and drying unit of the insulating glass production line, this equipment is engineered for high-efficiency and scratch-resistant glass processing. Featuring a 304 stainless steel cabinet, 3 pairs of Low-E glass-specific soft brushes, and 3 independent separate water washing zones, it enables automatic thickness measurement and continuous cleaning of multi-thickness glass (including 8mm+ thick glass and laminated insulating glass). With a washing speed of 8-10m/min, built-in noise reduction design, and auto-adjustable air knife for optimal drying, it supports both online and offline operation—effectively ensuring cleaning quality while enhancing production efficiency, ideal for industrial glass manufacturing scenarios.

I. Core Cleaning Module

• Washing and drying section (02): As the core cleaning unit of the production line, it integrates the entire process of washing, rinsing, and drying, meeting the cleaning needs of special materials such as Low-E glass.
