Description:

A full-automatic glass sandblasting machine consists of dust collecting, sand sweeping--transportation--grit feeding--sandblasting--sound attenuation--grit filtration--grit equalization--grit storage--shakeout. Each production process section is completed automatically. Improved working environment and reduced labor intensity. Due to greatly reduced production costs, the machine has been accepted and selected by the majority of customers.  This machine is suitable for sanding the surface of glass, acrylic, stone, ceramic， metal, and other materials.

Sand loading and requirement：

When adding sand particles, it is necessary to slowly and evenly pour them onto the conveyor belt at the back, so that the sand particles evenly fall into the sand collection box of the sand circulation system. Generally, 25kg of sand particles should be evenly added within 2-3 minutes to avoid local accumulation of sand particles and avoid overloading and shutdown. Required 36-60 mesh of aluminium oxide sand.
