Our innovative 3-Axial series integrates chamfering and precise length measurement, streamlining your tube finishing processes. The optional BTM (Bundle Loading Magazine) further enhances productivity by automating tube loading, feeding, chamfering, and measuring operations.
Equipped with a relative length adjuting servo, the machine can be programmed to halt production if multiple pieces deviate from the specified length tolerance, ensuring consistent quality control.
Ideal for creating clean, even chamfers on both ends of tubes, our system offers versatile chamfering options, including internal and external (I/O) chamfers and face chamfers, as well as radius (round) chamfers. It’s also perfectly suited for the external chamfering of solid bars, providing a comprehensive solution for your tube and bar finishing needs.
