CNC Aluminum Double Head Cutting Machine

CNC-500*4300 double mitre saws is designed for industrial aluminum profiles, thermal break aluminum doors and windows, and curtain wall materials, also compatible with PVC and wooden profiles. It features an imported digital system for precise length measurement and easy operation. Equipped with high-quality hard alloy saw blades for aluminum, it ensures high-speed, precise cuts. The stable saw blade rotation due to a high-precision spindle improves workpiece surface quality. Smooth, adjustable feeding is achieved with a pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder. It includes a micro-spray cooling system, automatic head rotation, bidirectional positioning, and independent head operation. Safety is enhanced with an automatic protective cover and blade adjustments to 45° and 90° angles. The blade's rear-to-front movement ensures safe, reliable cutting with significant height and width capacity.
