Adjustable leveling casters improvement

We develop our own leveling adjustable casters 2 years ago. Good quality and competitive price that help us receive good feedback from market.

However base on our current design,we do some improvement on the Adjustment gear wheel. Like below picture display Original gear wheel with plastic top, and now we use steel stud as top. It’s just a little change.

But it’s can help avoid the little shaft wear out & cause leveling adjustment system stop work after long time work.

Beside of this we also do some improvement on the adjustable leveling caster wheels interior design. May be you can not see change from outside,but that really make our wheels more reliable.

At current the most famous leveling castors are made in Korean,High quality but also high price. Due to this We are develop our own to hit their markets.

FOR Now we are mainly have 2 series.

No.1: Typical model with cast aluminum frame Plus Polyamide wheels and adjustable gear. Very good quality but with competitive price.
