50000kN Direct Motor Drive Screw Press for Hot Forging

Description

The drive system is the most important part for a screw press. In LS Heavy Industry Engineering Co., Ltd., drive system of AC asynchronous motor based on direct torque control technology is successfully used in electric screw presses. It has more advantages than the drive system of permanent magnet AC servo motor based on vector control technology.

Many experiments made in forging plants testify that the thickness of braking plates on two sides of the press reduce only 2 mm after 3,000,000 strokes. In the manufacture of air valve, the presses well perform after 15,000,000 strokes.
