Radial Forging Machine
LS Heavy Industry Engineering Co., Ltd. designed the first set of radial forging machine in China. It is combined with state-of-the-art design, high performance and intelligent technology. The leading advantage of them is that the workpiece is enclosed by four forging dies and is therefore only able to yield axially, thereby avoiding lateral spread.
Press frame is with four hydraulic cylinders and tools in an X-shaped arrangement.
The workpiece is clamped by two manipulators, the whole work is controlled by PLC and computer, all parameters are digitally input.
