Center the food on the bottom spikes and press gently. Lower the upper section so that it grasps the food and holds it securely. Using the height adjustment lever, raise the cutter arm so it rests on top of food to be peeled. Press the button and watch as Rotato Express quickly and neatly does the peeling for you. Rotato Express also stops automatically when the peeling is over. No waste, no effort, as easy as 1, 2, 3! Operates with a 6 V adaptor included and can also function with 4-AA batteries (not included).
