Description:
PS foamed Frame extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages.This line uses one single screw extruder and one co-extruder which is equipped with the inverter, imported electronic components and PID temperature control system.
The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water tank, thermo printer and etc for producing different color and different types of PS products.The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
This line can make photo frames, picture frames & mirror frames.
