Working Principle

Hydraulic cone crusher is mainly comprised of frame, eccentric sleeve, bow-shaped cover, main bearing, pushing cylinder, feeding hopper, distribution tray, rolling mortar wall, adjusting device, release cylinder and gear wheel and pinion. The adjustment and the assurance is achieved by the hydraulic cylinder and oil cylinder system supported at the bottom of the main bearing of the moving cone. Adding or reducing the high pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder can lift or lower the main bearing and the crushing cone to adjust the discharging outlet, while the overload protection is achieved by accumulator filled with noble gases.

Forced by the eccentric sleeve, the transmission shaft and the cone part oscillate circularly centered on the fixed point through the belt pulley or the coupling. Thus, the crushing wall gets close or leaves from the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve from time to time. Then, ores are impacted, pressed, bent and crushed inside the crushing chamber.

Performance Characteristics

1. Various types of crushing chamber can meet different requirements of granularity. Large size reduction ratio, high productivity, good shape, reasonable structure, advanced crushing principle and technical parameters.

2. Pushed by the hydraulic pressure, the oil cylinder can automatically adjust the size of discharging outlet. Convenient operation, strong reliability.

3. The insurance cylinder is equipped to insure and jack up the support sleeve and the fixed cone when there is tramp iron and instant stuffy car. It automatically eliminates the obstacles in the crushing chamber without disassembling which solves the problem of manual removal of fault before shutdown and makes it easier for maintenance.

4. New hydraulic adjustment system is adopted and it has self-locking location function and wide range of adjustment.

5. Lubricating grease sealing and effective labyrinth packing seal are adopted to avoid the jam of water filling and sewerage system, which fundamentally gets rid of the defect of the mixture between water and oil in the cone crusher.

6.The rolling mortar wall adopts high manganese steel. The abrasion is less due to the change of crushing chambers and the layer protection of lamination crushing which prolongs the useful time by 30%-80% compared to the traditional cone crushers.
