Application:
1. Soft candy powder Carrageenan powder can be used as coagulation in the crystal soft sugar to form the high transparent colloid. based on its high speed coagulate property, carrageenan is good agent for the production of mold sugar since it can help the sugar form the shape quickly and is easy to move away from the mold. The recommended additive amount is 1-1.5%.
2. Jelly powder Carrageenan powder can also be used in the jelly to form transparent, fresh, soft jelly. The recommended additive amount is 0.5-0.8%
3. meat product powder :carrageenan powder can be used in meat product such as in ham sausage. The recommended additive amount is 0.3-0.5%.
4. ice-cream emulsion stabilizer Carrageenan powder can be used in the ice cream products to replace the gelatin, CMC and performs better and stable emulsification. Recommended additive amount: 0.4-0.6 %.
