Full Auto New Smart Card Sheet Collator is the new generation of smart card collating machine, which has changed some structures compared to last generation of smart card sheet collating equipment. It is equipped with overlap detecting device and sheet correcting platform with CCD positioning, which make it working with high precision and efficiency without too much operation. It will be the best choice of smart card collating equipment. With full auto system, waste thin film will be collected automatically. The method of cutting collated sheet is rolling and pressing. Two knives cutting mode could fix the film and cut out the film at the same time. Features: 1. It adopts independent control system, thus CCD and HMI can be controlled independently. Meanwhile HMI can be moved flexible which leads to easy operation. 2. Due to the full auto sheet feeding structure without manual operation key, operator can select the feeding mode according to the production requirements. 3. With the double card detection device, it can detect the thickness of sheet, in case of double sheet feeding situation. 4. Sheet correcting platform with CCD positioning and XY correction structure adopts vacuum absorption method to prevent the sheet offset during correcting. 5. Conveyor belt is used to convey collated sheet material, there are vacuum hole on the belt to prevent the sheet offset during the bonding process. And it adopts the conveying method of one-way cycling to improve the feeding accuracy. 6. High precision mold drives vacuum cup to carrying sheet which guarantees the accuracy of sheet conveying process. 7. Wire following correcting sensor monitors roll sheet material (surface magnetic film) position in time, which can correct in time if any offset. 8. Intermittent feeding mode ensure roll sheet feeding and collecting automatically, which adjusts the length of feeding sheet material by equalization of strain structure. 9. Roll sheet axis with gluing structure prevents the magnetic stripe damage.
