Micro Brewery
Material: 304 S/S, 316S/S, copper
Heating method: Electric/ gas fired/steam
Brew house:
1) 1000L mash/lauter tank+ 1000L boiling/whirlpool tank, with optional hot water tank
2) 1000L Mash/boiling tank+1000L lauter/whirlpool tank(lauter and whirlpool separated), with optional hot water tank
3) 1000L Mash tun+lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tank, with optional hot water tank
Configured with Pump, sanitary grade piping, valves etc, Stir for mash and lauter, ABB motors, wedge wired filter plate, sight glass, butterfly valves, auto steam heating etc.
Single or double stage plate heat exchanger, S/S316 material, designed as customer’s brewing process.
Designed platform, skid proof, with hand rails.
Fermenter:
The same(1000L) or double sized (2000L) capacity, with 20-25% head space (tank domed top not included), Double layers, jacketed, conical bottom of 60-72 degree, 80-100mm PU insulation, with racking arm, carbonation stone, butterfly valve, pressure gauge, breathe valve, mechanical pressure valve, hose etc
Tank quantity customized.
Cooling unit: Chiller+ice liquor tank+ pump etc, R404a/R407c Freon.
Control: Temp/motor/pump control etc. PID or PLC
Other: 300-500kg/h double roller malt mill, 50-100L portable CIP unit.
