M-CDEA is a ramification from MDA, it can be used together with TDI prepolymers to prepare PU elastomers with excellent performance. When use it with relevant MOCA, 740M may improve PU elastomers performances, this way shows good superposition action. This product is widely used in casting PU, painting, RIM etc. technical methods, and microcell products, TPU, adhesive, coating, etc. And it has lower toxicity. It belongs to M-CDEA compound monomer.

Characteristic And Applicaion:

a. This product has good consist and matched performance, its finished PU product has excellent physical and dynamic capability. This product is widely used in PU casting, painting, RIM technical methods, and microcell products, TPU, adhesive, coating etc.
b. This product also can be used as a curing agent for epoxy resin and prepared to produce polyimides, etc.
c. Due to introducing “ethyl” in MDA, makes this product’s toxicity dramatically decreased, such as LD50 (rats) ＞5000mg/kg.
