High Performance Bis 4-Amino-2-Chloro-3 5-Diethylphenyl CAS NO 106246-33-7 MCDEA is an excellent chain extender for elastomeric polyurethanes (PU) and also a curing agent for epoxides (EP). It provides improved mechanical and dynamic properties which cannot be achieved with standard formulations. MCDEA is designed for ultrahigh-performance elastomers. Compared to the conventional MOCA curative, it provides exceptional dynamic performance, improved high temperature capability and expanded elastomer service temperature range. It also provides superior static properties, tear strength, resilience, hydrolytic stability and abrasion resistance.
In addition it may be used as a precursor for polyimides and as an intermediate for organic syntheses.
