Cultural stone mold making liquid silicone rubber is primarily intended for poly resin crafts, PU crafts, PU resin crafts, gypsum crafts, unsaturated resin crafts, lighting and candles crafts, plastic toy, stationery gifts crafts industry, a large statue Buddha, relievo, furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold, artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts and so on.

2. Light viscosity and good flow-ability

6. High temperature resistance, acid and alkali-resistance and aging resistance

Operation Instruction of cultural stone mold making liquid silicone rubber:
1. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio (100:3) evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, just mix less catalyst)
2. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.
3. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.
After about 3-5 hours, when the silicone get cured, take out the original mold, and there is the finished silicone mold.
(Notes: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone material mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy de-mold.)
