This product is cation surface-active agent of quarter nary ammonium type,featured by excellent functions of pliability,anti-static,sterilization and emulsification,which is suitable to apply in fabric softening agents,hair dye and hair protection lotion etc.Dosage is suggested to be 1-3%.
