The Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator is most useful non electric separator for separating tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity for the purity of end products, recovery of metal having commercial value and protection of processing plant and machinery. These are widely used in all the processing industry for separation of iron contamination from mineral, chemicals, food, flour plastics, grains, sand, cement, fertilizers, abrasives, glass, slag, ores, rock, Refractor and any other Products.

Working principle
?
CT series permanent magnetic separator consists of the following main components: permanent magnetic drum, cell, rack, drive device, feed box .etc.
?
This machine is based on the different magnetic susceptibility between the ore minerals, and do mineral separattion by magnetic force. When the slurry into the sorting area, due to different magnetic susceptibility, under the magnetic force, the magnetic particles are adsorbed on the cylinder surface, with the cylinder rotation to the concentrate port of discharge, then from the magnetic system into the concentrate tank by concentrate rinse water; gangue and weak magnetic minerals can not be attracted by the magnetic force, under the slurry flow force in the tank, they gravity into tailings discharge pipe in the reverse direction of cylinder rotating.

Different kinds of wet magnetic machine

This machine has three kinds of tank: CTB, CTS and CTN, the same kind of drum could match those three tanks, to suitable different separation work and different requirement:

CTS is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of particle size in 6-0mm;
?
CTN is suitable for the cleaning and scavenging of fine particle size in 0.6-0mm , and it is often applied to recycle heavy medium in coal;
?
CTB is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of ores in size of 0.5-0mm, especially suitable for the cleaning of ores in size of 0.15-0mm.
