Stainles steel hex washer head thread Cutting Screw is with a cutting on the thread point which is benefit for improving drilling speed , it is suitable for wooden pieces or plastic sheets .


The point usually is designed as sharp point ( type 17 ) and the cutting length covers 3 or 4 threads normally .

A. We usually use Carbon steel ( available Grade 2 to Grade 10 ) , Stainless Steel ( Serial from 200 to Serial 400 ) , Brass ( H59 , H60 , C36000 etc ) ; Aluminum , Bronze and Copper .

Q How you control quality ?

A?(1) Checking material before feed in
all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before start production .


(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )
The semi-finished products must be checked during production to ensure products are always under control .


(3) Chemical elements analysis and physical testing after post treatment
The most metal products need post treatment after formed, we check different performance according requests ..


(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;
Good must to be checked in full inspection or partial inspection by handle or auto-machines before packing .

(5) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )
When all goods are ready , we make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .


(6) Delivery
Everything is ready , we deliver goods to appointed place or port that negotiated .
