The freight forwarder responsibility
Freight forwarder agent takes agency business activities under the terms of the contract approved by both two parties. According to the provisions of the agreement or contract entered into with the commissioning party, or agency business activities under the principal directions, the freight forwarder agent has responsibility to write it into this commission, especially in the authorized range. The information must be true, if any losses caused by any concealment or provide false information, the client has the right to recourse to the freight forwarder agent and to revoke agency contract or agreement; the agent has obligation of confidentiality, the agency agreement or contract shall be leaked to third party in the validity period; and, can’t transfer the agency to others.
