We shall guarantee the delivered tv is in conformity to the requirements of quantity, specifications, type and tv descriptions etc as described in article and meet the quality criterion of original place and the place customer is incorporated.

2. What if there is any problem, what should the customer does?

We promsied to provide lifelong maintenance for the products it sold to customer and ours is obliged to assist the customer to settle the technical difficulties or malfunction in the use and installation of the tv.

3. How about the warranty?

Factory shall provide one year quality guarantee?period for the TV it sold to customer, except the human damage. And such guaranty period shall commence from the delivery date.

4. What about the returned TV or parts?

With the quality guarantee?period, customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other parts needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory, and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement. Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires, the factory only undertake technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer.
