Shenyang Billon supply scroll plate , compressor special lathe ,which can process vortex artifacts with diameter under 600mm. It is the necessary equipment of scroll plate and compressor processing ,as the processing accuracy can reach ±0.003mm.
Features:
1.As a processing equipment special for vortex workpiece , Billon vertical and horizontal vortex air compressor machining special lathe is mainly used in the processing of scroll plate , compressor and other vortex artifacts .
2.C axis uses high precision machine tool torque motor , XYC shaft use low inertia servo motor , which can improve the follow-up. Three axis are controlled by closed –loop.
3. Machine tool spindle uses 30000 rpm imported capacitor electric spindle .
4. The machine is equipped with Fanuc and Siemens CNC system .
5.We can choose manipulator , automatic blanking ,to reduce the cost and realize automatic production line.
